Vaughntronics, a leader in the spectrophotometer service and repair industry, has provided superb services to many industries who require accurate and dependable color measuring instrumentation.

Vendors have begun to phase out older equipment and are telling customers they no longer provide service for those models, so customers are left feeling they must buy newer models. Vaughntronics wants you to know that you don’t have to. We provide service and parts for both obsolete and late models.

Full-Service Contracts
Our on-site, full-service contracts guarantee your instrument will be repaired in two business days. This contract also includes one on-site visit during the contract period for preventive maintenance and certification. You will be charged nothing should your instrument fail.

In-House Contracts
We also offer in-house contracts should you choose to send your instrument to us for repair, preventive maintenance and/or certification. We guarantee to return your instrument within three working days upon receiving it into our facility.

Non-Contract Customers
If you have a service need and do not have a contract, our hourly rates are about half what the vendor will charge you. And we guarantee our work for a full six months! Not 30, 60 or 90 days.

Custom Services
Vaughntronics prides itself on customizing its business to meet individual customer needs. We have tailor-made programs to insure that customers with multiple use spectrophotometers can be assured of inter-instrument agreement. We field color applications and instrument questions, whatever they might be, and if we don’t have the answer, we’ll find it for you! We return all of our calls promptly.
