Vaughntronics uses Ceram BCRA color reference standards. Their certificate of calibration states the following:

 The calibration measurements contained in this Certificate were carried out by Ceram Colour Standards Laboratory (UKAS Calibration Laboratory No 0420). The Laboratory meets the requirements of the following standards:

ISO/IEC 17025:2005

BS EN ISO 9001:2000

In complying with these standards, our measurements are guaranteed to be directly traceable to Internationally Recognized Standards, in this case those supplied by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL).

Via UKAS Accreditation, this Certificate is recognized in Europe through the European Accreditation (EA), and internationally via the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Co-Operation (ILAC).
